PART ONE
1.The biomass briquetting machine can process incompact biomass into solid briquette.The technical parameters have achieved the best international standard.The formed fuel briquette can be burned in many kinds of biomass stoves,such as biomass boilers,fireplaces,power boilers,heating boilers,etc.Through burning experiment, the indexes of smoke , ash and other polluting lets have achieved the EU standard.
2.Since 2003,the technic has been extended and applied in Middle Asia,Jiangsu Province,Jilin,Liaoning,Shandong,Henan,Beijing,Shanghai,mainly on big farms and power stations.
3.Each unit of biomass briquetting hydraulic machine can produce briquettes 1000 ton per year.It will take only one year for the customers to get their investment back.
PART TWO
Main technical characters:
1. Capacity: 400-600 kg/h, energy consumption is less than 70 Kwh/h,the diameter of fuel briquette is 50 mm120mm.The density is about 1.3 .
2. The machine adopts Double cylinder/double pistons/double press hydraulic system design.This makes the oil pressure in pipelines has reduced by 50% than other similar hydraulic machine.So our machine can work in longer period continuously under low pressure and low temperature.
3. The molding cylinder adopts Exhaust/heating/forming three sections structure design.Then it can process raw material whose moisture is more than 16% into briquette.The biomass that is dryed naturally by solar can be processed into briquette.So the material drying consume has been reduced greatly.
4. According to experiment, to burn biomass briquette,the burning temperature of biomass stove is 1060 ,the burning speed is 15% more quick than coal.The thickness of smoke & dust exhaust is only 108mg/Nm,NO,SO exhaust is little.It achieves EU standard.
